All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


2. Shipping Destinations

Mestavo ships to selected international destinations.
Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost unless stated otherwise.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Mestavo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


8. Lost or Missing Packages

Mestavo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and items so we can assist you.


10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
