Refund Policy

At Mestavo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is in its original condition

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear

  • Socks and hosiery (if opened or worn)

  • Accessories and jewelry

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mestavo is not responsible for lost returns


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after processing:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your card issuer

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@mestavo.com


9. Right to Refuse Returns

Mestavo reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are outside the return window

  • Do not meet hygiene or condition requirements

  • Appear to be worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
